Refund & Cancellation Policy

Worksheets, year packs, and annual access are digital goods that unlock immediately on purchase. As with most non-returnable digital content, refund eligibility is necessarily limited once access has been granted.

A purchase gives you access for 12 months from the date of purchase, not permanent or lifetime access. A "year pack" refers to one school year of a subject's worksheets — for example all of Grade 7 Mathematics — and the 12 monthsaccess period is intended to cover that year's use.

Purchases do not auto-renew, so nothing is charged when the period ends and there is no subscription to cancel. Full terms are in Section 6 of our Terms of Service.

You may request a refund within 24 hours of your purchase, provided no worksheet from that purchase has been downloaded. Once any sheet covered by a purchase has been downloaded, that purchase is not eligible for a refund.

Email us at info@mathcompass.org with your account email and the order you'd like refunded. This is currently a manual process — we review the request against our records and, if approved, process the refund directly through Razorpay. There is no automated self-service refund flow today.

Once a refund is approved, Razorpay typically settles it back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days (exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer, not us).

Purchases on accounts terminated for sharing-abuse (see our Terms of Service, Section 9) are not eligible for a refund.
